Privacy and personal data protection
We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), and with the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

x-kom sp. z o.o. is the owner of the G4M3R brand.
The personal data you provide when contacting us – such as your email address, name or phone number – will be processed in order to handle your enquiry on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the controller. We will process this data until the matter is finally resolved or until an effective objection is raised. If you leave us your email address in order to arrange a collaboration (collab), it will be processed on the basis of your consent, i.e. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We process the data until consent is withdrawn.
If you contact our helpline, your voice is recorded on the basis of your consent, i.e. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We process the data until consent is withdrawn.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will process your email address on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e. the terms and conditions you accepted. We will process the data until you unsubscribe from the service.
You have the right to access your personal data and to receive a copy of it. Where the law allows, you may also: rectify your data, transfer your data, restrict processing, erase your data and object to its processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time – withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on its basis before the withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, whom you can contact in all matters relating to the processing of personal data by writing to [email protected].
We may share the data you provide with other entities, for example companies that provide us with repair services, IT services or marketing services. These entities will process the data on the basis of an agreement concluded with us and only to the extent we instruct them to. Consequently, we may transfer personal data both within the European Union and outside the European Economic Area.
Your personal data is not subject to profiling or automated decision-making.
Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, if you do not provide it, we will not be able to handle your enquiry, arrange a collaboration with you or send you the newsletter.

Tracking pixels
We also use tracking pixels. They make it possible to track your behaviour on our website by means of an image embedded in the page code (usually one pixel in size). The operation of a given pixel may be combined with the use of first-party or third-party cookies.
When you give your consent, the browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the server storing the pixel. The processing of data collected by the pixel takes place under the data protection policy of the partner managing that server.
